The General Department of Logistics (Tổng cục Hậu cần) is a department of the People’s Amry of Vietnam (PAVN) that organises and coordinates logistical movements and supplies for all units of the army. It also leads the construction of overseas housing, hospitals and barracks of the PAVN.
