The National Fine Arts Exhibition is Vietnam’s national exhibition held in Hanoi. The exhibition is held every five years by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to review the work of Vietnamese artists. It was first held in 1946 to display paint and graphic art works. After the end of the First Indochina War (1946-1954), the first sculptures were shown at the exhibition.
